Last Kalligraphia 13, I was able to write on some pieces that made me write. This year I hardly had one post for Kalligraphia 14 due to fact my house got flooded on the last December 11, 2014 (Storm of the Decade, the Pineapple Express). Thank God, I've flood insurance. I'm still rebuilding and cleaning up with the help of relatives/family.

Great I'm a reverse paranoid, "The Universe through this flood is out to bless me."


It sucked a lot of energy out of me . The rebuilding cost a lot of money, time, effort,energy. It was overwhelming, stressful, exhausting experience but  the LEARNING EXPERIENCE is exponential.
I got lots of poems on in like "The Flood Has An Appointment at my House", "Just Enough Pink:.
I've met about 200 new people that I would not have otherwise met and know what to do in case EL
NINO drops in as uninvited guest.

I missed a lot of demo and attended only one demo at the SF Public Library.

One blessing of  Kalligraphia 14 was my piece titled "40" honoring the Friends of Calligraphy 40th anniversary and celebrating #40 MADBUM as the Bestest Pitcher the World Series has ever Known, won a Golden Ribbon Award in a Fine Arts Juried Show. I'll post my 40 poem later.
